Terms of Service.

1. Infrastructure Allocation & Usage

By initializing a storefront or workspace on One Click Design, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our platform infrastructure. You agree not to use this infrastructure for:

• Hosting or transmitting malicious code, malware, or phishing protocols.
• Deploying storefronts that violate South African law or the laws of your operating jurisdiction.
• Attempting to bypass our AI limits, storage quotas, or billing mechanisms.

2. Tenant Responsibilities

As a tenant on the One Click Design platform, you retain complete ownership of your data, products, and customer information. You are solely responsible for ensuring your storefront complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and for managing your own customer disputes, refunds, and shipping logistics.

3. Economics & Subscriptions

All transactions are processed securely in South African Rand (ZAR) via our authorized payment gateways (e.g., PayFast, Yoco).

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence.
• Failure to settle outstanding balances within 7 days of the billing date will result in the suspension of your live storefront.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for partial months of usage.

4. Uptime & Service Level

We engineer our platform for maximum resilience, relying on Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, One Click Design does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for revenue loss during scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseen systemic outages.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, if we detect fraudulent activity, network abuse, or severe violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be securely wiped from our databases within 30 days.
